Therefore, His Majesty has graciously granted the royal decree appointing Phra Ratchayan Wacharachinophas as Phra Thepayan Wacharachinophas, Chief Abbot of the Dharma Vessel, Master of Superior Meditation, Yatikhanissasara, Chief of Bowornsangharam Monastery, residing at Dhamma Pa Nasok Hang Educational Center, Amnat Charoen Province. He holds the authority to appoint five subordinate monks: one Phra Kru Palat, one Phra Kru Vinai Thon, one Phra Kru Sangharak, one Phra Kru Samuh, and one Phra Kru Baidika.
