Second Army Region Commander Presents Yutbodin-Satawat Medal, Hanuman Power Model Rich Rich Trillion

Surin—The Second Army Region Commander performed a sacred ritual at Prasat Khna and presented the "Yutbodin-Satawat" medal, Hanuman Power model "Rich Rich Trillion," to boost morale among troops defending the nation's sovereignty.

At 10:30 a.m. on 20 June 2026, at Prasat Khna in Kabchoeng District, Lieutenant General Weerayut Raksin, Commander of the Second Army Region, led a sacred ritual at Prasat Khna before proceeding to Prasat Ta Kwai in Phanom Dong Rak District, Surin Province. Lieutenant General Weerayut, Commander of the Second Army Region Operations Center, presided over the ceremony, attended by Major General Boonserm Boonbumrung, Commander of the Suranaree Task Force, artillery unit commanders, ranger regiment commanders, Border Patrol Police commanders, battalion and company commanders, and all personnel participating in the auspicious event.

Colonel Patipan Panapisarn, Director of Civil Affairs for the Second Army Region Operations Center, on behalf of the sacred amulet creation committee, reported the objectives of this project.

Due to recent clashes along the Thailand-Cambodia border resulting in significant losses of life, physical injury, and emotional trauma to army personnel and local residents in risk areas, the Second Army Region deeply recognizes these ultimate sacrifices. Caring for the fallen and their families is not a short-term mission but a continuous and sustainable commitment.

Therefore, the Second Army Region Commander initiated the creation of the "Yutbodin-Satawat" sacred amulet, a collaborative effort involving the Second Army Region, its subordinate units, the Thai Amulet and Buddha Image Enthusiasts Association, and the Senior Executive Development Club of the Army Region. The main goal is to serve as a symbol of honor and to boost the morale of troops defending the nation's sovereignty with their lives and hearts. Funds raised through this project are directed to support this cause. The committee meticulously oversaw the sacred creation, receiving blessings and inscriptions from over 108 renowned monks nationwide on gold, silver, and copper plates to confer auspiciousness. Particularly, Luang Pu Sila Sirichanto and Phra Ajarn Tom Paphassaro graciously inscribed powerful front and back yantras—the Buddha's Crown and Divine Yantra—signifying safety and prosperity. The sacred materials were consecrated according to ancient traditions at Suan Tham Piti Temple, Kalasin Province, and Tha Sabaeng Temple, Roi Et Province.

Additionally, Luang Pu Sila inscribed the model name "Hanuman Power Rich Rich Trillion," symbolizing courage, victory, and simultaneous prosperity. Today, the Second Army Region Commander presented the inaugural medals to unit commanders to distribute among troops serving in the border areas.
