The Online Problem Assistance and Management Center (1212 ETDA), under the Electronic Transactions Development Agency (ETDA), organized Ignite Creativity Challenge Year 3 focusing on online safety with the theme "Strong Against Fraud." This project provides a platform for creating, designing, and presenting public relations media about online safety in an easy-to-understand and modern format. The goal is to raise awareness and caution about online risks by presenting engaging public relations media related to online safety.
The team DC TNI Skibidi 3, in the student category including high school and university students, and the team Kluay Kai Entertainment in the general public category, won first prizes along with honorary plaques, with total awards valued at 170,000 baht. The contest accepted submissions from 30 March to 10 May 2026. The selection committee shortlisted 10 teams per category on 21 May 2026, leading to the final competition held on 23 June 2026 from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. at Eastin Grand Hotel Sathorn, Bangkok.
Ms. Praparat Chaiyos, Director of the Complaints Department and Head of the Online Problem Assistance and Management Center (1212 ETDA) at the Electronic Transactions Development Agency (ETDA), said ETDA's efforts to advance digital literacy have achieved concrete success over the past two years through the Ignite Creativity Challenge project. Now in its third year under the concept "Strong Against Fraud," the project aims to transform knowledge into protective armor and harness creative power as a key tool to collectively confront modern cyber threats.
Interested participants could submit works in two groups: the first for high school and university students (both general and vocational), and the second for the general public. The selection committee narrowed entries to 10 finalists per category on 21 May 2026 at Eastin Grand Hotel Sathorn, Bangkok.
Judging criteria for entries, whether video clips or storyboards following a specified format, with lengths between 30 seconds and 2 minutes under the theme "Strong Against Fraud," were based on creativity and uniqueness of the concept, clarity of the main idea, and potential for effective real-world development (30 points); accuracy, completeness, and inclusion of ETDA missions such as the 1212 hotline and the Online Problem Assistance Center, plus appropriateness of integration (20 points); completeness of content and narrative flow (30 points); and suitability for production and practical application.
Additionally, entries were assessed on alignment with target audiences and project objectives (20 points). All 20 finalists in both student and general public categories had from 9 to 22 June 2026 to further develop their works for practical use and presented again in the final round on 23 June 2026 from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. at Eastin Grand Hotel Sathorn, Bangkok.
The total prize pool of 170,000 baht was divided as follows for the student category: first prize of 30,000 baht (1 award), first runner-up 25,000 baht (1 award), second runner-up 20,000 baht (1 award), and two consolation prizes of 5,000 baht each.
