1. Recruitment and Appointment Process: The competitive examination for local government employment is the responsibility and operation of the Central Committee for Local Government Staff Examinations (CCLGSE) and the Department of Local Administration (DLA).
Khlong Khem SAO has no involvement, interference, or authority to influence the examination process or the ranking of successful candidates. The SAO's role is solely to accept the appointment of candidates forwarded by the DLA according to the ranking list to fill vacancies.
