"Following media reports and communications concerning the investigation and prosecution of individuals involved in corruption related to competitive exams for recruitment into government or local administrative positions, including cases where personnel from Bang Khun Kong Subdistrict Administrative Organization were named as possibly involved, which has impacted public confidence in local government organizations, Bang Khun Kong Subdistrict Administrative Organization hereby provides this preliminary clarification to inform the public and concerned parties as follows:
Bang Khun Kong Subdistrict Administrative Organization has no involvement, knowledge, or participation in any activities related to the corruption in the competitive exams. Such actions are personal misconduct and are not associated with the organization in any way.
The organization adheres to principles of good governance, ethics, transparency, and social responsibility, and is ready to fully cooperate with authorized agencies in fact-finding to ensure transparency, fairness, and accountability.
Furthermore, Bang Khun Kong Subdistrict Administrative Organization states that if anyone is found responsible for causing corruption for any reason, disciplinary, civil, criminal, and administrative proceedings will be carried out according to the relevant legal processes."
