Meanwhile, the family believes that establishing facts in disputed matters and legal determinations should follow proper, independent procedures to ensure fairness for all. Accordingly, to maintain transparency, avoid doubts, and demonstrate appropriate responsibility, Ms. Sunith Scott has immediately resigned from all executive, board, operational, and representative roles in the family businesses until official investigation results and related legal processes are concluded.
