Pirompakdi Family Establishes Family Council to Ensure Fairness in Sai Case

The Pirompakdi family has established a family council to monitor and ensure fairness in the "Sai Scott" case, reaffirming their stance against any form of violation, harassment, or domestic violence.

On 1 Jul 2026 GMT+7, the Pirompakdi family issued an official statement regarding the progress of the matter involving Ms. Sunith Scott and Mr. Siranat Scott.

The family expressed deep regret over the issues involving Ms. Sunith Scott and Mr. Siranat Scott and firmly reaffirmed their clear and unwavering position against any acts of violation, harassment, or domestic violence in all forms, including physical abuse, verbal aggression, threats, coercion, or any actions that undermine the rights, safety, dignity, or well-being of others.

The family recognizes that allegations of harassment and domestic violence are serious matters requiring sensitive, empathetic, responsible consideration with respect for all affected individuals. They acknowledge public concern and are committed to handling the case responsibly, fairly, and with proper regard for the rights and dignity of all parties involved.

Meanwhile, the family believes that establishing facts in disputed matters and legal determinations should follow proper, independent procedures to ensure fairness for all. Accordingly, to maintain transparency, avoid doubts, and demonstrate appropriate responsibility, Ms. Sunith Scott has immediately resigned from all executive, board, operational, and representative roles in the family businesses until official investigation results and related legal processes are concluded.

To support the family’s response to this matter, the family council along with independent advisors will oversee the process to ensure fairness, transparency, and neutrality. The family encourages all involved to exercise their rights through legal channels, justice processes, and appropriate mediation. The family and Mr. Siranat Scott are scheduled to meet after 8 Jul 2026 GMT+7 (the court mediation date) to seek joint remedial measures. Additionally, the family council is establishing a family office to monitor, coordinate, and support all parties in securing justice in every case, and the family will fully cooperate with legal procedures.

Furthermore, the family clarifies clearly that the contract documents made public are internal to Ms. Jeeranuch’s family and her sons, Ms. Sunith Scott and Mr. Siranat Scott, with related relatives as witnesses. These agreements were never acknowledged, approved, or involved by other branches of the Pirompakdi family. Therefore, the family asks all parties to respect the ongoing justice process and refrain from publicizing disputes or sharing one-sided information that could affect the fairness of the process or involved individuals.

The family thanks all parties for their understanding, patience, and goodwill during the ongoing processes. They remain committed to handling the matter through credible, independent, and fair procedures that protect and uphold the rights, dignity, and well-being of everyone involved, reflecting the family’s long-held principles of integrity, respect, and responsibility.
