OR Partners with Minor Food to Expand Four Restaurant Brands in PTT Stations, Targeting Over 150 Branches by 2030

OR teams up with Minor Food to expand four leading restaurant brands within PTT Stations, targeting over 150 branches by 2030 to become a Food & Lifestyle Destination that enhances consumer experiences and satisfaction.

On 20 Jul 2026 GMT+7, PTT Oil and Retail Business Public Company Limited (OR) and The Minor Food Group Public Company Limited (Minor Food) signed an Expansion Partnership Agreement to jointly develop PTT Station networks and OR's commercial spaces into Food & Lifestyle Destinations, strengthening the OR Ecosystem to meet diverse consumer lifestyles.

This collaboration combines OR's strengths as a leader in service station networks and lifestyle ecosystems with Minor Food's expertise as a leading Thai restaurant business. Minor Food excels in brand development, food innovation, restaurant management, and nationwide supply chain operations to deliver quality, accessible food experiences that add value to communities across the country.

OR and Minor Food will jointly expand four leading restaurant brands: The Pizza Company, Dairy Queen, The Steak & More, and a new brand, Chiho Ramen, developed and launched specifically for this partnership. These brands will operate across PTT Station networks and OR's commercial spaces nationwide, aiming to open more than 150 branches by 2030.

OR's food business operates under Foodellus Co., Ltd., established as the main company driving OR's food ventures. Foodellus plans to invest over 2 billion baht by 2030 to develop the food business as a key growth engine and strengthen OR's lifestyle business for long-term success.

Mr. Kraipit Premmanee, OR's Executive Vice President of Lifestyle Business, stated, “OR is committed to transforming PTT Stations and our commercial spaces into destinations that comprehensively meet consumer lifestyle needs. This partnership with Minor Food is a major step toward that vision, combining our network of over 2,400 PTT Stations nationwide with Minor Food's expertise in restaurant development and management to create Food & Lifestyle Destinations accessible to all communities, delivering quality food, trusted standards, and the best experience to users across the country.”

This partnership will strengthen the OR Ecosystem by diversifying products and services and upgrading PTT Stations into Food & Lifestyle Destinations that serve travelers, electric vehicle users, and local communities. Consumers will have access to flavorful, quality, standardized, and value-for-money food options whether traveling in big cities or living in communities nationwide. This aligns with the OR concept “OR Filling Good Opportunities” and shared goals to sustainably deliver the best experiences to consumers.

Mr. William Heinecke, Chairman of Minor International Public Company Limited (MINT), said, “This collaboration with OR is more than expanding branch numbers; it creates a new growth platform for Thailand's food business by perfectly combining the strengths and expertise of two distinct organizations.”

Minor Food takes pride in leading Thailand's restaurant sector, not only through trusted brands like The Pizza Company, Dairy Queen, and The Steak & More but also through its ability to develop new brands, innovate in food, and manage restaurants efficiently. Chiho Ramen, developed for this partnership, exemplifies its capability to create restaurant concepts that suit consumer behavior and PTT Station locations, supported by a strong nationwide supply chain.

Combining these strengths with OR's network of over 2,400 PTT Stations will enable efficient business expansion while delivering quality food and the best experience to consumers across all regions. I believe this partnership will transform Thai service stations into Food & Lifestyle Destinations and serve as a strategic collaboration model that creates shared value between the two organizations, elevates consumer experience, and drives sustainable long-term growth of Thailand's food industry.”
