Areas experiencing thunderstorms have waves exceeding 2 meters. Mariners are advised to navigate with caution and avoid sailing in areas with thunderstorms.

Central region

Southern region (west coast)
Thunderstorms cover 40% of the area, mainly in Phuket, Krabi, Trang, and Satun provinces. Minimum temperatures 23-25°C, maximum 32-34°C. From Phang Nga northward: Winds from the southwest at 15-35 km/h, sea waves 1-2 meters high; in thunderstorm areas, waves exceed 2 meters. From Phuket southward: Winds from the southwest at 15-30 km/h, sea waves about 1 meter high; in thunderstorm areas, waves exceed 2 meters.
