It states that from 26 to 30 July 2026, many areas in Thailand will experience heavy rain, with some locations in the Northeast, Central, East, and the western part of the South facing very heavy rain. This is due to a monsoon trough crossing the North and upper Northeast regions, combined with a strengthening southwest monsoon over the Andaman Sea, Thailand, and the Gulf of Thailand.
The public is advised to be cautious of hazards caused by heavy to very heavy rain and accumulated rainfall, which may lead to flash floods and mountain runoff, especially in foothill areas near watercourses and lowlands.
Waves and winds in the upper Andaman Sea are quite strong, with waves 2-3 meters high; in areas with thunderstorms, waves may exceed 3 meters. The upper Gulf of Thailand and lower Andaman Sea have waves around 2 meters, rising above 2 meters where thunderstorms occur. Mariners in the Andaman Sea and Gulf of Thailand should navigate carefully and avoid areas with thunderstorms. Small boats in the upper Andaman Sea are advised to refrain from sailing during these days.

Tropical Storm "Noeul" Located over the northern Philippines, it is expected to move into the upper South China Sea tonight (24 July 2026) and make landfall in Guangdong Province, China, between 26-27 July 2026. This storm will not enter Thailand. Travelers to the affected areas should check weather conditions before traveling during these dates.
