During this period, heavy rain will occur in many areas, with very heavy rain in some parts of the northeast, central, eastern regions, and western southern coast. This is due to a monsoon trough crossing the north and upper northeast, combined with a strengthening southwest monsoon covering the Andaman Sea, Thailand, and the Gulf of Thailand. The public is warned to beware of hazards from heavy and very heavy rain and accumulated rainfall that could cause flash floods and sudden runoff, especially in foothill areas near waterways and lowlands.
Winds and waves in the upper Andaman Sea are quite strong, with wave heights of 2-3 meters and over 3 meters in thunderstorms. The upper Gulf of Thailand and lower Andaman Sea have waves around 2 meters, exceeding 2 meters in thunderstorm areas. Mariners in the Andaman Sea and Gulf of Thailand are urged to navigate carefully and avoid sailing in thunderstorms. Small boats in the upper Andaman Sea are advised not to depart during this period.
Meanwhile, Typhoon Noeul has made landfall in Guangdong Province, China. The storm is not moving toward Thailand. Travelers to the affected area are advised to check weather conditions before traveling during this time.

Northeastern region. Thunderstorms in 70% of the area with heavy rain in some places such as Nong Khai, Bueng Kan, Sakon Nakhon, Nakhon Phanom, Mukdahan, and Ubon Ratchathani provinces. Minimum temperatures 23-25°C, maximum 32-35°C. Southwest winds at 10-20 km/h.
Central region. Thunderstorms expected in 60% of the area with heavy rain in some places including Kanchanaburi province. Minimum temperatures 24-26°C, maximum 35-36°C. Southwest winds at 10-25 km/h.
Eastern region. Thunderstorms in 70% of the area with heavy to very heavy rain in some places such as Chanthaburi and Trat provinces. Minimum temperatures 23-26°C, maximum 30-35°C. Southwest winds at 20-35 km/h. Seas have waves about 2 meters high, exceeding 2 meters in thunderstorm areas.
Southern region (eastern coast). Thunderstorms in 40% of the area, mostly in Chumphon, Surat Thani, Nakhon Si Thammarat, Phatthalung, and Songkhla provinces. Minimum temperatures 24-26°C, maximum 33-35°C. Southwest winds 15-35 km/h. Seas waves around 1 meter, 1-2 meters offshore, and over 2 meters in thunderstorm areas.
Southern region (western coast). Thunderstorms in 70% of the area with heavy to very heavy rain in some places including Ranong and Phang Nga provinces. Minimum temperatures 23-25°C, maximum 29-32°C. From Phang Nga northward: southwest winds 20-40 km/h, seas waves 2-3 meters, over 3 meters in thunderstorm areas. From Phuket southward: southwest winds 20-35 km/h, seas waves about 2 meters, over 2 meters in thunderstorms.
Bangkok and surrounding areas. Thunderstorms in 60% of the area. Minimum temperatures 26-28°C, maximum 35-37°C. Southwest winds at 10-25 km/h.
