The Meteorological Department has issued a final warning for provinces at risk of "heavy to very heavy rain" and advises checking vulnerable areas affected until 30 July 2026 GMT+7.

On 30 July 2026 GMT+7, the websiteof the Meteorological Departmentannounced the 15th bulletin regarding heavy to very heavy rain across Thailand. The northern, eastern, and western southern regions will experience very heavy rain in some areas, while the northeastern, central regions, including Bangkok and its vicinity, and the eastern southern region will have heavy rain in certain locations. This is due to a monsoon trough crossing the northern and northeastern areas, combined with a fairly strong southwest monsoon covering the Andaman Sea, Thailand, and the Gulf of Thailand. The public is urged to be cautious of dangers from heavy to very heavy rain and accumulated rainfall, which may cause flash floods and mountain runoff, especially in foothill areas near waterways and lowlands.

Regarding sea conditions, the upper Andaman Sea is experiencing fairly strong winds with wave heights of 2-3 meters, and in areas with thunderstorms, waves exceed 3 meters. The upper Gulf of Thailand and lower Andaman Sea have wave heights around 2 meters, with waves over 2 meters in thunderstorm areas. Mariners in the Andaman Sea and Gulf of Thailand should navigate carefully and avoid sailing in stormy conditions. Small boats in the upper Andaman Sea are advised not to leave shore during this period.
