In an era when Thai society no longer desires leaders who are merely "competent" academically or in organizational management, but also yearns for leaders with a "heart of sacrifice" who are ready to take responsibility for the common good.
Modern learning can no longer be confined to a four-walled classroom but must extend to experiencing real-life situations and social issues firsthand.
With this concept, the "Life Vaccine for Society" (LVS) curriculum for senior executives organized a unity-building activity welcoming new members of the third cohort from 31 Jul to 2 Aug 2026.
The event aimed to create a learning space that perfectly integrates leadership development, network building, and volunteer activities.
The program was led by Police General Sompong Chingduang, Deputy Chairman of the Police Association and curriculum chair; Police Lieutenant General Surasak Laohapiboonkul, program director; Air Chief Marshal Phanphakdee Patanakul, former Air Force Commander-in-Chief and program advisory chairman; and Mrs. Apisada Kantha, President of the Air Force Spouses Association, who jointly organized CSR activities.
The activity began with the power of giving, as participants donated educational supplies, sports equipment, and scholarships to students at Naresuan Border Patrol Police School, Pa La-U, Huai Sat Yai Subdistrict, Hua Hin District, Prachuap Khiri Khan Province, welcomed by Police Lieutenant General Rungroj Thakoonpunyasiri, Commander of the Border Patrol Police Region.
To bring opportunities and smiles, they also took part in landscaping and repairing school buildings, with cooperation from government agencies, private sectors, and local volunteer networks.
Additionally, they distributed survival kits to 500 underprivileged residents in Huai Sat Yai Subdistrict to provide initial relief.
Beyond community volunteer work, participants engaged in creative activities and experiential learning, including brainstorming sessions to develop society.
Recreational activities focused on strengthening relationships with an emphasis on "teamwork," a vital element of organizational management in the modern world.
A key highlight was their joint effort to plant trees to restore natural resources along the beach, fostering environmental awareness and passing on a healthy environment to future generations.
This went hand in hand with enriching knowledge from academics and experts who shared leadership experience to enable effective organizational advancement.
"True success for executives is not measured solely by position but by using knowledge, skills, and opportunities to give back to society," they said.
The term "Life Vaccine" is not just the name of a training program but a process of building immunity in mindset and public spirit. When senior executives join hands to support children, youth, communities, and the environment, it goes beyond mere "CSR."
It sparks inspiration and creates a "network of giving," becoming a vital force for sustainable social recovery and development in Thailand.
