The Department of Highways reported conditions in four provinces covering 16 locations in total.

• Traffic is passable at 8 locations.
• Traffic is not passable at 8 locations.

Nan province has 10 locations affected.

In Nan Highway District 1, there are 3 locations.

• One location is passable.
• Two locations are impassable.

In Nan Highway District 2, there are 7 locations.

• One location is passable.
• Six locations are impassable.

Phitsanulok province has 1 location.

In Phitsanulok Highway District 2.

• One location is passable (road flooded).

Nong Bua Lamphu province has 4 locations.

In Nong Bua Lamphu Highway District.

• All 4 locations are passable (road flooded).

Nakhon Phanom province has 1 location.

In Nakhon Phanom Highway District.

• One location is passable (road flooded).
