ISOC Region 4 Forward Command continues to closely monitor the situation and has ordered all units to promptly inspect, control the areas, and ensure the safety of lives and property of the public.

In summary, as of midnight on 22 August 2026, there were a total of 51 incidents: 22 in Narathiwat Province, 11 in Pattani Province, and 18 in Yala Province, detailed as follows.

Narathiwat Province had 22 incidents, with initial reports of 2 civilians injured.

The 4th Army Area Commander continues to closely monitor the situation, ordering all units to promptly inspect and secure areas, protect people and those affected, and swiftly restore normalcy. Officers are instructed to perform their duties carefully with the utmost regard for public safety.
