At 21:10 on 23 Aug 2026, an arson incident occurred at a garage and a bomb exploded at the guard post of the Pho Ming Subdistrict Municipality Office, Village No. 3, Pho Ming Subdistrict, Panare District, Pattani Province. Relevant authorities promptly extinguished the fire and are inspecting and securing the area.

Initial findings show damage to three municipal vehicles: a fire truck, a garbage truck, and a municipal pickup truck. Authorities are currently assessing the full extent of the damage.
