On 29 Aug 2026 GMT+7, regarding the land dispute and lawsuit involving Uthai Thammaram Temple in Bang Sai District, Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya Province, Mr. Khiam disclosed that after the lawsuit began, he dreamed of his late sister, known as 'Mae Uthai,' who told him, "My land, I have already donated it to the temple, do not interfere." This led him to decide to end the dispute entirely.
Subsequently, Mr. Khiam brought his relatives and parishioners to the temple to meet the abbot, expressing his intention to withdraw the lawsuit and stating there would be no further claims for damages.
The abbot acknowledged this and expressed gratitude, confirming there would be no countersuit to ensure peace of mind for all parties and to jointly resolve the issue.
Mr. Khiam has returned the land deed to the temple and is preparing for his lawyer to proceed with the official withdrawal of the lawsuit in court, effectively concluding the land dispute amicably between both parties.
