Bangkok Metropolitan Administration is moving forward to facilitate residents in Bangkok by organizing a social service activity.“Scheduled Drop-off and Collection of Large Waste” On Saturday, 5 September and Sunday, 6 September 2026, covering 26 districts. District offices will send officials and vehicles to collect broken items, large objects, and unused electrical appliances at community designated points free of charge.

. Bangkok Metropolitan Administration is preparing to send officials to collect large waste in targeted areas on these dates, divided over two days according to district office locations as follows.

Saturday, 5 September 2026: Locations in 15 Bangkok districts.

• Khlong San District: Community behind Somdej Chaopraya Hospital.
• Khlong Sam Wa District: Phatthana Siri Village, Soi Liap Khlong Song 32.
• Khlong Toei District: Thep Prathan Community.
• Khan Na Yao District: Setthasiri Village (Serithai), Bang Kapi District: Lam Sali Community, Soi Krungthep Kreetha 8, Intersection 10.
• Bang Na District: Soi Chaliang 1 Village Community.
• Bang Rak District: Phet Phloi Market Community.
• Bueng Kum District: Khlong Kum Niwet Village, Soi Serithai 41.
• Pom Prap Sattru Phai District: Ban Bat Community.
• Phaya Thai District: 3rd Army Flats Community, Samsen.

Residents wishing to dispose of large waste are advised to sort items properly before disposal, such as furniture, electrical appliances, and sports equipment over 1 meter, which should be cut down or disassembled. Heavy items should be separated, and smaller waste bundled neatly. Prepare your ID card to show officials (electricity or water bills can be used as alternatives).

1. Bring waste to the designated collection point.
2. Present identification to confirm ownership.
3. Officials will collect and transport waste to disposal sites free of charge.
