Therefore, a watch is advised for areas at risk of waterlogging in urban communities that regularly experience flooding, as well as areas prone to flash floods, runoff floods, and landslides due to heavy to very heavy rainfall and accumulated rain in the provinces of Mae Hong Son, Tak, Chiang Mai, Chiang Rai, Phrae, Phayao, Nan, Uttaradit, Phitsanulok, Sukhothai, Phetchabun, Chaiyaphum, Nong Khai, Bueng Kan, Sakon Nakhon, Nakhon Phanom, Kalasin, Mukdahan, Yasothon, Roi Et, Amnat Charoen, Ubon Ratchathani, Chanthaburi, and Trat.
