A popular Facebook page has called for an investigation into the director of a Subdistrict Health Promoting Hospital in Pathum Thani, who invited staff to play cards inside the OPD room. So far, attempts to contact the director for clarification have been unsuccessful.
According to the well-known STRONG Anti-Corruption Thailand Facebook page, there is a call to investigate the director of the Khlong Nueng–Bang Khan Subdistrict Health Promoting Hospital in Khlong Luang District, Pathum Thani. The page stated that the director invites subordinates to play cards in the OPD room every evening. Some staff can no longer tolerate this and refuse to participate because they always lose. The hospital is under the Pathum Thani Provincial Administrative Organization.
Journalists report that the hospital is located in the Bang Khan Market area, Khlong Nueng Subdistrict, Khlong Luang District, Pathum Thani. They have tried to arrange an interview with the director involved in the controversy but have been unable to reach him. Additionally, since today is Sunday, the hospital is closed for its weekly holiday.
