MAC&CHEESE Made in Italy launches in Thailand on 24 September, offering an easy-to-prepare All-in-One pasta in four flavors at Gourmet Market and online channels.
On 24 September 2026, Chob Siam Co., Ltd. introduced the MAC&CHEESE product in Thailand, presenting an All-in-One pasta menu produced in Italy. Building on the globally known comfort food Mac & Cheese, it is designed for simple and convenient home preparation.
Starting 24 September, MAC&CHEESE will be sold at seven Gourmet Market branches: Siam Paragon, Emporium, EmQuartier, The Mall Life Store Tha Phra, The Mall Life Store Ngamwongwan, The Mall Life Store Bangkae, and The Mall Life Store Bangkapi. This exclusive offline retail launch at Gourmet Market will last six months, from September 2026 to February 2027. The product will also be available online through Chob Siam’s official TikTok Shop, Shopee, and Lazada channels.
MAC&CHEESE launches with four flavors: Four Cheese, Tomato & Mozzarella, and Jalapeño priced at 139 baht, and Truffle & Mushroom priced at 159 baht per 184-gram box. Each box contains both pasta and sauce ingredients in a single pack, and once prepared, serves approximately three portions.
Although Mac & Cheese is not a traditional Italian dish, MAC&CHEESE applies the comfort food concept familiar worldwide. Produced in Italy, it emphasizes pasta quality, convenience in preparation, and the enjoyment of customizing the dish with fresh ingredients or toppings according to individual preferences.
Graziella Carta from Chob Siam Co., Ltd. said, “Italian food is popular in Thailand, but preparing pasta at home can feel complicated due to many ingredients. Our MAC&CHEESE aims to simplify pasta meals by providing all components in one box. Consumers can enjoy it simply or add their own ingredients and toppings. We want to create another accessible Italian pasta meal option for everyday Thai consumers.”
During the launch period from 24 September to 18 October 2026, MAC&CHEESE will have special display areas at Gourmet Market branches in Siam Paragon, Emporium, and EmQuartier alongside regular shelf placement. At the end of the year, MAC&CHEESE will participate in the Gourmet Tastival from 18 November to 15 December, offering consumers the chance to sample the product and explore various preparation and customization ideas. Details about the food activities and cooking show in November will be announced once scheduling is confirmed.
MAC&CHEESE is available from 24 September 2026 at all seven participating Gourmet Market branches and through Chob Siam’s official online channels on TikTok Shop, Shopee, and Lazada.
