Meteorological Department Updates Flash Flood Risk Areas in 32 Provinces

The Meteorological Department has updated the list of 32 provinces at risk of "flash floods" in the northern, northeastern, eastern, and central regions, including Bangkok.

At 3:30 p.m., the Radar and Satellite Data Analysis Division of the Meteorological Forecasting Center, Meteorological Department, reported flash flood risk areas from 3:30 to 6:30 p.m. Residents in the following regions are advised to exercise special caution.

• Northern region: Lampang, Phrae, Tak.
• Northeastern region: Udon Thani, Sakon Nakhon, Nakhon Phanom, Nakhon Ratchasima.
• Central region: Nakhon Sawan, Uthai Thani, Chai Nat, Kanchanaburi, Suphan Buri, Ang Thong, Lopburi, Saraburi, Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya, Ratchaburi, Nakhon Pathom, Samut Songkhram, Samut Sakhon, Nonthaburi, Pathum Thani, Bangkok, Samut Prakan.
• Eastern region: Nakhon Nayok, Prachin Buri, Sa Kaeo, Chachoengsao, Chon Buri, Rayong, Chanthaburi, Trat.
