On 25 Sep 2026 GMT+7, the Facebook page of the Department of Disaster Prevention and Mitigation (DDPM) issued a warning due to accumulated rainfall in the upper watershed, causing continuous rises in the Bang Pakong River levels. This affects areas along the riverbanks and low-lying zones, especially in Mueang Chachoengsao, Ban Pho, Bang Khla, Khlong Khuean, Bang Nam Priao, Bang Pakong, and nearby areas. Residents should monitor the water situation closely, prepare to move belongings to higher ground, relocate vehicles, secure valuables and important documents, beware of electrical hazards, and care for vulnerable groups.
The DDPM, together with mobile network operators AIS, True, and NT, has sent warning messages through Cell Broadcast about rising water levels in Mueang Chachoengsao, Ban Pho, Bang Khla, Khlong Khuean, Bang Nam Priao, and Bang Pakong districts of Chachoengsao Province.
