Currently, the area around Bang Kapi intersection and surrounding roads has high water flooding on the road surface due to ongoing heavy rain and rising water levels in the Saen Saeb canal. Flooding at Bang Kapi intersection and Nawamin Road has been reported since the evening of yesterday (25 September 2026).
The announcement urges motorists to avoid the Bang Kapi intersection area during this time, especially small cars, which should not risk driving through areas with high water levels, Lat Phrao Police said.
