At 09:22, the Department of Disaster Prevention and Mitigation (DDPM) issued a Cell Broadcast alert stating that Bangkok warns canal water levels are at a critical stage and rising. Residents near canals and in low-lying areas are advised to move belongings to higher ground, secure valuables, avoid traffic in affected areas, check travel plans, and contact local district offices for assistance.
