Compilation of emergency hotline numbers and contact channels for urgent assistance, evacuation, and flood incident reporting in cases of flooding and waterlogging.

On 26 September 2026, due to flooding affecting Bangkok, the metropolitan area, and many provinces nationwide, numerous areas experienced severe waterlogging, with floodwaters entering homes causing damage. This also disrupted traffic severely, making many roads impassable, and several cars and motorcycles stalled due to high water levels.

Accordingly, contact channels have been compiled to facilitate timely emergency assistance coordination, with the key details as follows.

• 1784 – Department of Disaster Prevention and Mitigation (DDPM) hotline for requesting help, evacuations, and reporting flood incidents (also available via Line Official: @1784DDPM).
• 1669 – National Institute for Emergency Medicine (NIEM) hotline available 24 hours for medical emergencies.
• 1586 – Department of Highways hotline / 1146 – Department of Rural Roads hotline for inquiries about road conditions and flood detours.
• 1129 – Provincial Electricity Authority (PEA) hotline for reporting electrical outages in provinces outside Bangkok.
• 1130 – Metropolitan Electricity Authority (MEA) hotline for reporting electrical outages in Bangkok, Nonthaburi, and Samut Prakan.
