Mr. Prinya Yanaphan, a rider coming from Rangsit for Grab deliveries, said he intended to work in the Ratchada-Lat Phrao area today but his motorcycle stalled upon reaching Lat Phrao Intersection due to high water levels.
Along the way, several spots were flooded, including Ratchada Soi 3, Pracharat Bamphen, and Phetchaburi Roads. Especially on Phetchaburi Road, water was so high that motorcycles could not pass, with some sections reaching waist height.
