If you see the sky calm, do not be complacent; more rain may still come."
Later, at 15:37, they posted again: "Summary of the 15th announcement: Today we still need to beware of heavy rain. Many areas will experience continued rainfall, especially in the lower northern region, western central region, eastern region, and upper southern region. Many places may have heavy rain, and some may have very heavy rain."
Meanwhile, rainfall in Bangkok and the metropolitan area has decreased but still continues, with some areas experiencing heavy rain. Areas already flooded should remain cautious of additional rain, which may cause floodwaters to accumulate or worsen, especially in low-lying zones, near waterways, and frequently flooded spots. Before traveling, people should check water conditions and local routes.
Meanwhile, strong waves persist at sea. Small boats in the upper Gulf of Thailand and the upper Andaman Sea are advised to refrain from leaving the shore until 28 September 2026 due to rough sea conditions."
