They are also advised to cut off electricity in low areas. The DDPM has collaborated with mobile network providers AIS, True, and NT to send alert messages via Cell Broadcast, warning about the increased water discharge from Mae Klong Dam affecting Mueang Samut Songkhram, Amphawa, and Bang Khonthi districts in Samut Songkhram Province.
