Nonthaburi — Pol. Col. Prut Chamroon-sat, Superintendent of Rattanathibet Police Station, issued a public notice asking vehicle owners to move their cars from the Phong Phet intersection overpass, on both inbound and outbound sides, to restore normal traffic on 30 Sep 2026. Those whose homes remain flooded may park their cars at The Mall Lifestore Ngamwongwan.
On 29 Sep 2026, Pol. Col. Prut Chamroon-sat, Superintendent of Rattanathibet Police Station in Nonthaburi, revealed that after several days of continuous heavy rain, Ngamwongwan Road in front of The Mall Lifestore Ngamwongwan was severely flooded on both sides. Affected residents parked their vehicles atop the Phong Phet intersection overpass on both inbound and outbound lanes to escape the floodwaters.
Recently, water levels have decreased, prompting an announcement urging vehicle owners to move their cars off the road so that normal traffic can resume on 30 Sep 2026.
However, residents whose homes remain flooded and who cannot retrieve their cars may continue to park their vehicles at The Mall Lifestore Ngamwongwan.
