On 11 Oct 2026, Mr. Nirat Pongsitthaworn, Director-General of DDPM, stated that due to heavy to very heavy rainfall in many areas combined with water runoff from the north adding to central region water levels, floods persist in 21 provinces: Phitsanulok, Nakhon Sawan, Uthai Thani, Lopburi, Sing Buri, Chai Nat, Suphan Buri, Kanchanaburi, Ang Thong, Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya, Samut Prakan, Pathum Thani, Nakhon Pathom, Ratchaburi, Samut Songkhram, Phetchaburi, Nakhon Nayok, Prachinburi, Chachoengsao, Chonburi, and Rayong, as well as Bangkok. This affects 100 districts, 819 subdistricts, 6,201 villages, 1,126,853 households, and 3,144,421 people (data from DDPM Situation Center on 11 Oct 2026 at 06:00). Details follow.

The Department of Disaster Prevention and Mitigation (DDPM) continues to monitor and track the situation 24 hours a day, coordinating with provinces in high-risk areas to watch for unstable weather, heavy rain, and strong winds from 11 to 13 October 2026. Simultaneously, they are mobilizing personnel and disaster relief machinery to accelerate pumping and draining of floodwaters in remaining flooded areas and supporting cleaning and rehabilitation of homes and communities where water levels have dropped.
They are also coordinating with relevant agencies to assess damages, compile data on affected residents, and prepare assistance measures according to established criteria and regulations to help people return to normal life as quickly as possible. Residents can report emergencies and request assistance via the Line "DDPM Emergency Reporting 1784" by adding Line ID @1784DDPM or by calling the 24-hour emergency hotline 1784.
