Welcome the new year 2026 with the "First Happiness of the Year" at Bangkok Bestival 2026, a full three-day event from 9-11 Jan 2026 at four urban forest parks in central Bangkok.
Prepare to enjoy special activities designed for Bangkok residents to receive the "First Happiness of the Year" at the event "Bangkok Bestival 2026" This is a collaboration between the Bangkok Metropolitan Administration and private sector networks led by Thai Beverage Public Company Limited, Queen Sirikit National Convention Center (QSNCC), One Bangkok, along with sustainability partners including BIG Trees Foundation, Sustainability Expo (SX) platform, the National Science Museum (NSM), and government, educational, and community networks.
This year, the network expanded to include the Mae Fah Luang Foundation under Royal Patronage, the Royal Photographic Society of Thailand, Thai Group Holdings Public Company Limited, and 100 PLUS PRO to promote sustainable quality of life addressing all urban needs.
The event offers activities to heal both mind and body such as merit-making and almsgiving to welcome the new year, morning Dharma talks for peaceful beginnings by Phra Methee Wachirodom (W. Wachiramethi), Yoga in the Park and Sound Bath, Biodiversity Surveys, Kids Climbing, Nature Walks, storytelling and coloring in the park, and more.
Additionally, there is a new featured activity called "One Sense To Nature: Experience Touching Nature" , bird and nature photography at Benjakitti Park, SATI APP's “The Bench with Ears”, FIRST JOY RUN welcoming the first happiness with 100PLUS PRO, Qigong in the park by A ROOT by THAI GROUP, among others.
