The Bangkok Metropolitan Air Quality Information Center reported the PM 2.5 dust situation from Bangkok's air quality monitoring stations on Monday, 29 December 2025, at 07:00. The 24-hour average PM 2.5 dust levels were recorded.
Measured between 18.3 and 35.8 micrograms per cubic meter (µg/m³), all readings are within the standard limit (maximum 37.5 µg/m³) across all monitored areas.
Most air quality index readings from Bangkok's monitoring stations fall within the moderate air quality category. The Meteorological Department forecasts cool weather in Bangkok in the mornings.
Relevant factors (weather condition forecasts affecting PM 2.5 dust levels based on meteorological conditions)
From 29 Dec to 1 Jan 2026, air ventilation is expected to be "poor," with a closed atmospheric layer near the surface and light winds, likely causing dust concentration to rise. From 2 to 6 Jan 2026, air ventilation is forecast to be "weak/good" with strong winds, so dust concentrations are expected to decrease. Today, cool weather is forecast in the morning.
