Attorney General Rides Pink Electric Scooter to Voting Booth, Invites Public to Shape Countrys Direction

Mr. Ittiporn Kaewthip, the Attorney General, rode a pink electric scooter into the voting booth to exercise his voting rights and participate in the referendum, inviting the public to help shape the country's direction.

At 10:50 AM on 8 February 2026, at polling station 18, electoral district 8, Atthamit School on Soi Phahonyothin 37, Mr. Ittiporn Kaewthip, the Attorney General, arrived with his wife to vote and participate in the referendum. Both rode scooters separately, with Mr. Ittiporn riding a pink electric scooter.

Mr. Ittiporn, the Attorney General, said the election atmosphere today was lively. The management at this polling station was well organized, and traffic was smooth. Since he lives nearby, he came quickly and observed that many people had voted in the morning. He said voting under the constitution is the duty of all Thai people to choose representatives who will determine the country's fate, as the country’s direction depends on the people's choice. He invited all Thai citizens to exercise their rights, noting that there is still time until 5:00 PM this afternoon to vote and help determine Thailand's future.

Reporters noted that in this election, Ms. Kanyaporn Kaewthip, daughter of Attorney General Ittiporn, is running for MP in Nonthaburi District 1 under the Bhumjaithai Party. Previously, Mr. Ittiporn stated he was not involved in his daughter's decision to run, emphasizing it was her own choice. He also said he remains politically neutral and does not engage in political matters.
