OR Reports 2025 Revenue of 658.7 Billion Baht, Strengthens Lifestyle Business

OR announced its 2025 sales and service revenue at 658.7 billion baht, a 9.0% decrease from the previous year, primarily due to the Mobility and Global business groups. Nevertheless, the Lifestyle business remains a significant driver. Overall cost and operational expense management were efficient, resulting in OR’s net profit of 11.3 billion baht, an increase of 3.65 billion baht or 47.8% from the prior year. This reflects the business structure's strength and its ability to generate returns in a challenging market environment.

Mom Luang Peekthong Thongyai, Chief Executive Officer of PTT Oil and Retail Business Public Company Limited (OR), revealed that in 2025, OR's sales and service revenue totaled 658.7 billion baht, down 65.2 billion baht or 9.0% from 2024. This decline was in line with the global oil price decrease and lower sales volumes. However, OR continuously managed costs and improved operational efficiency, resulting in EBITDA of 20.4 billion baht, up 2.7 billion baht or 15.2% from the previous year. This growth was driven by the Mobility business group’s improved average gross profit per liter, especially from aviation fuel and diesel. Meanwhile, the Lifestyle business group showed better performance due to increased gross profit in the food and beverage retail sector, notably Café Amazon, which continues to enjoy strong consumer acceptance. This was combined with effective operational expense control by discontinuing underperforming businesses in 2024.

In the fourth quarter of 2025, OR reported sales and service revenue of 155.5 billion baht, up 1.3% from the previous quarter, influenced by seasonal factors. The Mobility business group’s revenue increased due to higher sales volumes, particularly in aviation fuel and diesel. The Lifestyle business group’s revenue also rose from both food and beverage retail and other retail businesses. In contrast, the Global business group’s revenue declined due to slower sales volumes in some countries. In this quarter, OR recorded EBITDA of 4.4 billion baht and net profit of 2.1 billion baht, down from the previous quarter due to higher operating expenses. For the full year 2025, OR’s net profit was 11.3 billion baht, an increase of 3.65 billion baht or 47.8%, equivalent to earnings per share of 0.94 baht.

OR continues to drive the organization under the concept of sustainable growth, integrating technology and innovation throughout the value chain. It emphasizes strengthening the Lifestyle business across the entire value chain while enhancing operational efficiency in the Mobility business and carefully managing risks in the Global business. These efforts aim to elevate consumer experiences, create new business opportunities, and deliver shared value to society, communities, and the environment. OR is focused on developing the OR Ecosystem as a platform connecting all lifestyles to support future changes and foster stable long-term growth, Mom Luang Peekthong added in closing.
