OR Advances Organizational Growth by Expanding OR Ecosystem to Build Long-Term Growth Foundation

OR announced its 2025 operational results with sales and service revenue of 658,723 million baht, a 9.0% decline from the previous year. Meanwhile, EBITDA reached 20,357 million baht, up 2,691 million baht or 15.2%, reflecting its adaptability amid challenges. The company continues to elevate its business model to strengthen the OR Ecosystem by linking businesses, partners, and consumers through both physical and digital platforms to establish a foundation for sustainable long-term growth.

Mom Luang Peektong Thongyai, CEO of PTT Oil and Retail Business Public Company Limited (OR), stated that OR’s 2025 performance demonstrates its ability to drive the organization amid a challenging business environment. The company maintained business stability while laying the groundwork for long-term growth under the vision “Empowering All toward Inclusive Growth.” OR turned challenges into opportunities by reviewing and upgrading its operations through effective cost and expense management. As a result, in 2025, OR’s EBITDA was 20,357 million baht, an increase of 2,691 million baht or 15.2% from the previous year, with net profit of 11,304 million baht, up 3,654 million baht or 47.8%, reflecting the strength of its business structure and potential for sustainable long-term growth.

One key goal for OR in 2026 is to enhance its business operations by strengthening the OR Ecosystem, which serves over 3.9 million daily users, connecting business operations with people’s lifestyles. In the mobility dimension, OR plans to expand its role from energy business to a platform linking various life aspects, using its station network as the main platform connecting OR’s services, including PTT Station and EV Station PluZ. The Lifestyle business group is a crucial driver for OR Ecosystem’s growth, especially its food and beverage retail business featuring major brands like Café Amazon, which has over 4,600 branches domestically and internationally. Additionally, OR is expanding into Health & Wellness to broaden PTT Station’s role beyond energy services into a diverse service hub that enhances quality of life and reinforces the OR Ecosystem to comprehensively meet consumer needs. This will increase customer visit frequency and dwell time, with a target to raise station users from an average of 3.9 million per day to 5 million per day by 2030.

Another key mechanism driving the OR Ecosystem is accelerating a concrete digital transformation. OR uses the blueplus+ application as a link between its physical platforms and digital ecosystem to enhance customer experience—from understanding consumer behavior and offering tailored benefits and services to creating new business opportunities. Currently, blueplus+ has over 9.3 million accounts and aims to expand its membership base to 14 million by 2030 to further elevate customer experience and deepen customer insights.

Moreover, in 2025, OR continued to stand by society in all situations, especially during difficult times such as floods in the northern and southern regions. The company provided assistance in various forms and supported relevant agencies in relief and mitigation efforts, reflecting a commitment to social responsibility that is as important as other aspects of its operations.

Looking ahead, OR will continue focusing on strategies to strengthen its brand across all dimensions to effectively develop the OR Ecosystem. The company will base decisions on data and technology to adapt to future changes and ensure stable, sustainable long-term growth, Mom Luang Peektong concluded.
