"Navavej Hospital" is the subject. Celebrating its 5th anniversary, Navavej Hospital announces the Health Partner strategy, emphasizing its role as a trusted health advisor and officially opens the "Pran" The Serene Longevity Center, revolutionizing long-term health care.
On 12 March 2026 GMT+7, Navavej Hospital launched an organizational strategy to become a "Health Partner," a trusted health advisor you can always rely on, reinforced by the tagline Your Trusted Partner in Wellbeing. It also officially opened the Longevity Center, "Pran," to support holistic physical and mental wellness. This move underscores the hospital’s role as a modern institution focused on comprehensive health care—covering prevention, life quality design, and continuous wellness support across all life stages—celebrating five years of trust from the community.
Over the past five years, Navavej Hospital has grown strongly by grounding its business on the concept "Healthy Neighborhood: Good health because your doctor is your neighbor," aiming to build closeness, trust, and continuous access to quality medical services for the community. The "Health Partner" vision elevates the role of long-term health advisor to the public. This new strategy is reflected in three key strategic frameworks:
Mr. Natthaphon Dechwithak, director of Navavej International Public Company Limited, stated, "Future health is not just about treating symptoms when they arise but helping people design their lives and quality of life. Hospitals must do more than treatment; they must become Health Partners standing by you at every life stage."
In a key collaboration with Dr. Narintorn Surasindhan, a specialist in preventive medicine and long-term health care, the "Pran" center focuses on holistic health care that integrates medical science with balanced emotional wellness to create long-lasting quality of life.
Regarding physical health, the Pran The Serene Longevity center applies the P4 Medicine principles: Predictive, Preventive, Personalized, and Participatory, to conduct in-depth risk assessments, disease prevention, and design personalized health plans (Longevity by Design) tailored to each individual’s life context. Equally, it emphasizes mental health by incorporating emotional wellness therapies such as Music Therapy, Crystal Bowl sound therapy, mental health care, and predictive psychology, combining these with physical health care to genuinely balance both dimensions.
Dr. Narintorn Surasindhan, known as Dr. Aun, a specialist in preventive and restorative medicine and founder of The Longevist Clinic, explained, "P4 Medicine shifts the perspective from treating disease to designing a quality life long-term, with service users actively participating in managing their own health."
In terms of performance, from 2024 to 2025, the hospital experienced continuous growth, driven by revenue increases in five main service centers: emergency and accident, mother and child, musculoskeletal, cardiac, and neurological departments. These grew over 16%, with patient visits rising more than 12%. Particularly, emergency and accident services saw revenue growth exceeding 30%, reflecting patient trust and the hospital’s service readiness. For 2026, Navavej aims for 20% revenue growth with plans to develop premium inpatient facilities to serve premium patients and foreigners, aligning with its strategy to elevate as a Health Partner.
Moreover, Navavej Hospital has received significant international certifications and management awards, including the High Reliability Degree – AACI America 2025 for outstanding health organizations with strong risk management systems; AACI (American Accreditation Commission International) 2025 healthcare service standards; AACI Clinical Excellence Certification for Maternity Services 2025; ISO 7101:2023 Health Care Organization Management; and ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management Systems, all evidencing its quality of care, service standards, and patient management with skilled personnel.
