The Government Lottery Office (GLO) launched a stakeholder exchange forum to unite efforts in conducting the lottery business with social responsibility, planning to hold this seminar again in July 2026.
On 27 Apr, reporters noted that on 24 Apr at 09:00 hrs, the Government Lottery Office, led by Colonel Noon Sansanakorn, Director of GLO, presided over the opening of the annual 2026 stakeholder relations workshop for sustainable organizational development. This activity is part of the 2026 Stakeholder Relations Enhancement plan, attended by senior management and all stakeholder groups, including customers, partners, collaborators, personnel, media, regulatory agencies, communities, and other government sectors, held at Ratchaphruek Club North Park, Bangkok.
This activity was organized to build strong, trust-based relationships between GLO and all stakeholder groups, to enhance knowledge and understanding of GLO’s role, and to foster stakeholder relations for sustainable development. It also provided an opportunity for participants to share opinions and useful suggestions to collaboratively develop GLO’s operational approaches, guiding future planning and progress.
Furthermore, GLO management delivered a presentation on "Conducting Lottery Business with Responsibility (Responsible Gaming)," highlighting a key milestone requiring genuine cooperation from all stakeholders to support the lottery business’s robust growth grounded in sustainable social responsibility. GLO is committed to obtaining certification standards.. of Accreditation Responsible Gaming Framework from the World Lottery Association (WLA) at Level 3 in the near future. Additionally, expert guest speakers provided special lectures to educate stakeholders on important topics such as stakeholder service under the AA1000 SES framework and supporting stakeholder roles and values, followed by extensive exchanges of views.
