“Charming-Natcha” Takes Runner-Up at Thailand Open Figure Skating Trophy 2026

“Nong Charming” Natcha Dolthanakarn won the runner-up title in the Women’s category at the Thailand Open Figure Skating Trophy 2026, making a significant leap forward for the Thai national team.

On 5 May 2026, at the Thailand Open Figure Skating Trophy 2026 held from 1 to 4 May 2026 at the IWIS International Training Center in Imperial World Samrong, Samut Prakan province, “Charming,” Miss Natcha Dolthanakarn, delivered an outstanding performance on the international stage, finishing second in the Women’s category.

This achievement marks another important milestone for Thailand’s figure skating scene. No athlete had previously won a medal in this category since the competition’s inception, and “Natcha” is the only athlete to have won a medal representing Thailand.


This result reflects the dedication and potential of Thailand’s rising athletes, who are gaining attention with their strong performances on the international stage. It is further proof that Thai athletes can stand proudly on the world stage.

. . “Nong Charming” is the daughter of Police Colonel Thanakorn Dolthanakarn, former Director of Division 1 at the Tourist Police Bureau, and Winyarat Dolthanakarn. She is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science degree in Innovation and Digital Transformation (dX) at the Thammasat University Innovation College (Tha Prachan campus).

Natcha also expressed gratitude to Dr. Kae Suwanna Silpa-archa, a key figure behind the development of figure and speed skating in Thailand, who currently serves as a commissioner of the International Skating Union (ISU) and is a former president of the Figure and Speed Skating Association of Thailand. She credited the association, all coaches, the supporting team, her family, and all supporters for their crucial encouragement that helped her reach this point. She pledged to continue improving her skills to achieve better results and represent Thailand on the international stage in the future.
