Emirates Restores 96% of Global Flights After Middle East Conflict Impact

Emirates Airline has restored 96% of its global flight network following disruptions caused by the Middle East conflict. Specifically, the Bangkok–Dubai route operates 28 flights per week alongside flights between Phuket and Dubai.

On 20 May, reporters noted that Emirates Airlines announced a near return to normal operations, having restored 96% of its global flight network after impacts from the Middle East conflict. In recent weeks, the airline has continuously served key regions worldwide, including the Americas, Europe, Africa, West Asia, the Middle East, GCC countries, the Far East, and Australasia.

Currently, Emirates serves 137 destinations across 72 countries globally with over 1,300 weekly flights, representing 75% of its pre-disruption capacity. The airline continues to increase flights, seating, and travel options daily, underscoring Dubai’s role as a vital international aviation hub connecting global travel.

Although operating on a reduced schedule, Emirates has served more than 4.7 million passengers from 1 March to 30 April during the travel disruption period, reflecting ongoing travel demand and passenger confidence in the airline to reach their destinations.

Emirates operates 28 weekly flights on the Bangkok–Dubai route and 14 weekly flights on the Phuket–Dubai route, providing convenient and efficient travel connections for passengers entering and leaving Thailand.
