
The Meteorological Department reported after work hours that heavy rain showers were observed in some locations across Bangkok, Chachoengsao, Samut Prakan, Samut Sakhon, Nakhon Pathom, Nonthaburi, Pathum Thani, and Chonburi, with coverage expected to last more than one hour.
On 18 Jun 2026, the Meteorological Department reported light to moderate rain and some heavy showers in Bangkok districts including Prawet, Suan Luang, Yannawa, Sathorn, Bang Kho Laem, Chom Thong, Thon Buri, Nong Khaem, Bang Khae, Bang Bon, and Bang Khun Thian; as well as in Samut Prakan, Samut Sakhon, Nakhon Pathom, and Chachoengsao. The rain systems were moving eastward, covering areas of Bangkok, Samut Sakhon, Nakhon Pathom, Samut Prakan, and Chachoengsao.
Between 16:30 and 17:00 hrs, rain is expected to cover Bangkok districts including Nong Khaem, Bang Khae, Bang Rak, Khlong Toei, Watthana, Suan Luang, Prawet, Bang Na, Yannawa, Sathorn, Khlong San, Chom Thong, Phasi Charoen, Bang Khun Thian, Rat Burana, Thon Buri, Thung Khru, Bang Bon, Phra Khanong, Saphan Sung, Bang Kapi, and Lat Krabang; as well as Samut Sakhon, Samut Prakan, and Nakhon Pathom. This coverage is expected to last over one hour.
At 17:10 hrs, light to moderate rain with some heavy showers was detected across nearly all districts of Bangkok, except Don Mueang, Sai Mai, Laksi, and Nong Chok; as well as in Samut Sakhon, Nakhon Pathom, Nonthaburi, Samut Prakan, and Chachoengsao.
The rain systems moved eastward, covering all districts of Bangkok, Pathum Thani, Samut Prakan, and Chachoengsao. Between 17:30 and 18:00 hrs, coverage is expected to include all Bangkok districts, Chachoengsao, Samut Prakan, Samut Sakhon, Nakhon Pathom, Nonthaburi, Pathum Thani, and Chonburi, lasting more than one hour.
