The mother requests to withdraw the lawsuit against "Sai Scot," hoping to talk to find a resolution and heal their relationship. She insists she has never been indifferent but acknowledges the matter is sensitive in nature.
On 3 July 2026 GMT+7, reporters reported that Mrs. Jeeranuch Pirompakdee, mother of Mr. Siranat Scot, known as Sai, filed a petition at Phra Khanong Civil Court to withdraw the lawsuit against Sai regarding revocation of the grant. Mrs. Jeeranuch issued a statement saying that, in response to media and public interest concerning the matter between herself and her son (Mr. Siranat Scot or Sai), she wishes to respectfully clarify as follows.
As a mother, I feel heartbroken to have to rely on the court process, which is not something any mother wants. However, it was a last resort decision made with a heavy heart, hoping only to resolve the matter. Over many years, my family and I have tried to discuss and find solutions, but could not reach a conclusion, leading us to depend on the court process.
At the second mediation session on 16 June 2026 GMT+7, the court kindly advised Sai and me to try talking again, seeing that the bond of mother and child and family ties is a more beautiful path to resolve issues. This advice aligns with my own feelings. I respectfully accept the court’s guidance and have decided to withdraw the lawsuit because I still hope that through our mother-child relationship, we can talk and find solutions. Today's withdrawal is this mother opening the door to discuss what has happened or how to proceed, and I am ready to talk as long as we do so with genuine love and goodwill.
I want to clarify to the public that I have never been indifferent to this matter for even one day, and it has always been a pain in my heart. I have listened to all opinions expressed with goodwill, but I have chosen not to comment publicly because I see this as a sensitive issue within my small family. I also try to avoid causing further pain and distress to everyone involved. As a mother, I hope to manage this situation at home myself and hope we can resolve it without affecting other members of the Pirompakdee family or Boon Rawd Brewery Group, who are not involved in this family matter in any way.
Regarding the matter between Sai and Payn, I have always loved both my children with all my heart. This truth has never changed and will never change, regardless of the circumstances or what anyone says. Therefore, if seeking truth through the justice system is the path my children choose, I am ready to respect and accept that path, hoping only that the truth will emerge and justice will be served for both my children.
Finally, I earnestly appeal to the media and the public to show sympathy for all parties and to give our small family the space to talk, manage, and heal our relationships going forward.
Reporters also noted that the Phra Khanong Civil Court has scheduled a hearing on this withdrawal petition for 8-9 July 2026 GMT+7, when the court is expected to issue its ruling regarding the petition.
