Future Park and The Mall at Spell have joined forces with the National Blood Centre of the Thai Red Cross Society to open the first "Fixed Station" blood donation room in a shopping mall in Pathum Thani province.
On 7 August 2026, Rangsit Plaza Company Limited, manager of Future Park and The Mall at Spell, together with the National Blood Centre of the Thai Red Cross Society, signed a memorandum of understanding to support the establishment of a fixed blood donation unit (Fixed Station) and officially opened it. The "Thai Red Cross Blood Donation Room" under the project "Future Gives Heart"
This marks the first fixed blood donation unit in a shopping mall in Pathum Thani province, aimed at providing convenience to residents of Pathum Thani and nearby areas by enabling easy, convenient, and continuous access to blood donation throughout the year. It also aims to foster a giving society and strengthen the stability of blood reserves for patient treatment nationwide. The Thai Red Cross Blood Donation Room is located on the 1st floor, East side of The Mall at Spell, Future Park shopping mall. It is open daily from 12:00 to 18:00 (closed on January 1 each year).
The MOU signing ceremony was honored by Mr. Tech Bunnag, Secretary-General of the Thai Red Cross Society, and Ms. Jittinan Wangli, Co-Managing Director – Business Group of Future Park and The Mall at Spell, who signed the agreement. Witnesses included Mr. Ekwit Meepian, Governor of Pathum Thani province; Associate Professor Dr. Dujjai Chaiwanichsiri, Director of the National Blood Centre of the Thai Red Cross Society; and Mr. Danaithanit Pisarnbutr, Managing Director of Poolpol Company Limited, before officially opening the Thai Red Cross Blood Donation Room.
Ms. Jittinan Wangli, Co-Managing Director – Business Group of Future Park and The Mall at Spell, said, "For over 20 years, Future Park and The Mall at Spell have been proud to continuously collaborate with the National Blood Centre of the Thai Red Cross Society in supporting blood donation activities. This cooperation marks an important step upgrading from mobile blood donation units to a fixed station, making it even more convenient for the public to donate blood. It is a place of giving that continuously offers help, hope, and life opportunities to patients under the ‘Future Gives Heart’ project, which aims to create sustainable social value."
Mr. Tech Bunnag, Secretary-General of the Thai Red Cross Society, stated, "Establishing this fixed blood donation unit (Fixed Station) at Future Park shopping mall is an important step in expanding the National Blood Centre’s network and capabilities, increasing public access to blood donation. This private sector partnership will help ensure stable blood reserves for patient treatment nationwide, both in normal times and during shortages, reflecting strong cooperation between the government and private sectors in building a giving society."
Associate Professor Dr. Dujjai Chaiwanichsiri, Director of the National Blood Centre of the Thai Red Cross Society, said, "This fixed blood donation unit has been developed to increase access to blood donation for people in northern Bangkok, Pathum Thani province, and nearby areas. Operating daily, it reduces time and travel constraints and plays a vital role in increasing blood reserves for patient care nationwide."
The Thai Red Cross Blood Donation Room is located on the 1st floor, East side of The Mall at Spell, Future Park shopping mall. It is open daily from 12:00 to 18:00 (closed on January 1 each year), equipped with seven blood donation beds and can accommodate about 150–180 donors per day. This facilitates residents of Pathum Thani and nearby areas in conveniently and continuously joining the effort to help others through blood donation.
