• Lat Phrao Sois 17-41: There is widespread flooding. Small vehicles are advised to avoid these routes and the public should not travel through these areas for safety reasons.

The public is requested to avoid Lat Phrao Sois 17–41, especially small vehicles, and to exercise caution when traveling.
