Don Mueang Police charged four teenagers with three offenses for riding motorcycles while dragging a cement mixer tub on a flooded road, tagging it "Don Mueang, the Perfect Life." They claimed it was done out of recklessness and did not anticipate it becoming a major issue. The suspects will be prosecuted at Don Mueang District Court tomorrow.
The Facebook page "Want to be famous, I'll make it happen Return part7" posted a clip showing motorcycles dragging a cement mixer tub playing in water on Therd Rachan Road, Sikhun subdistrict, Don Mueang district, with the caption "So fun.. the tub boat." The clip included hashtags like "Don Mueang, the Perfect Life" and "Don Mueang even has a sea..." #fyp #DonMueang. The video showed the mixer tub being dragged along the road, at one point drifting toward an oncoming vehicle before cutting off. The clip had 2.2 million views before it was removed.
At 16:00 on 29 September 2026, the Don Mueang Police investigation unit traced the clip's source to a TikTok account named "BALL" (@heyh339), which had posted the footage. They identified four individuals involved: Anuchit, 22, who was sitting in the mixer tub; Anon, 23, the motorcycle driver filming the clip; Amphol, 22, another person filming; and Sarawut, 22, the motorcycle driver dragging the cement mixer tub.
Investigators summoned the four to meet with the police. Deputy Superintendent Amnat Chamcha-em, Deputy Chief of the Don Mueang Police Investigation Unit, and Superintendent Chayaphat Heepthong spoke with them, warning that their actions were inappropriate given the current situation and caused discomfort to those who witnessed it. They noted that if an accident had occurred, others could have been harmed.
All four admitted they acted recklessly and did not expect the situation to escalate. Before filming, they had dragged the mixer tub out from Therd Rachan Soi 45, where it was stored in the alley, but due to low water levels, they moved to Therd Rachan Road, driving in a single loop. They apologized for causing concern and promised not to repeat the behavior.
Authorities charged them with causing public nuisance, driving without regard for others' safety, and reckless or dangerous driving. The suspects will be sent to Don Mueang District Court tomorrow.
