Latest flood update in Bangkok as of about 07:00 today (1 Oct): Which roads are drying and passable for vehicles, and which still have high water levels, requiring small vehicles to wait.

On 1 Oct 2026, reporters from Thairath Newspaper Column reported that the Bangkok Flood Prevention Center updated the flood situation in Bangkok, indicating which areas have receding water and which roads have become passable as of 07:00.

  • Lat Phrao Road at Bang Kapi intersection, inbound near the post office, has a broken-down vehicle.

  • Nawamin Road has a broken-down vehicle between Nawamin Soi 8 and Bang Kapi intersection.

Bangkok-Kritha Road.

  • From Soi 9 to 25, flooding is 20-30 cm deep.
  • From Soi 37 to 55, flooding is 20-30 cm; small vehicles should avoid this route.

Chalong Krung Road.

  • At Chaokun Thahan intersection, near Lat Krabang Road, flooding is 20 cm deep.
  • At the Technology Railway intersection, flooding is 20-30 cm; small vehicles should avoid.
  • From Chalong Krung Soi 31 to 43, flooding is 5-10 cm deep.
