Many People Wonder Why They Cant Order Food from Bhumjaithai Kitchen on the App

A review of ordering food from “Bhumjaithai Kitchen” via the Grab app shows users unable to place orders, with the system displaying the message “This store has no items available for purchase at this time.”

On 2 Oct 2026, reports emerged about the case “Bhumjaithai Kitchen x GrabFood” which launched a special channel offering freshly cooked boxed meals delivered free directly to homes via the GrabFood app, with no delivery fee, to assist flood victims who find it difficult to travel, purchase food, or access aid. The free food and delivery service is limited to flood-affected areas within Bangkok only.

Since “Bhumjaithai Kitchen x GrabFood” began service on 1 Oct, it has received gratitude and praise from the public for providing fresh food that fills stomachs and helps ease hardship during a time when many households cannot cook for themselves.

At the same time, delivery riders have criticized having to reject orders, which lowers their ratings, due to the difficulty of reaching areas with high floodwaters and the delivery fees being insufficient to cover vehicle repair costs.

Most recently, at 11:52 a.m., reports indicated that citizens tried to order food from Bhumjaithai Kitchen on the Grab app but found they could not, as the system showed “This store has no items available for purchase at this time.”

Steps to order free meals:

1. Open the Grab app and select the GrabFood service.

2. Search for the restaurant name “Bhumjaithai Kitchen - Bhumjaithai Party.”

3. Choose food items and set the delivery location (limited to a maximum of 5 sets per order).
