Opposite Wat Arun, people have begun reserving seats to join in watching the beauty of the 'Royal Barge Procession' this afternoon.
On 6 Nov 2026 GMT+7, reporters stated that the public is invited to witness the annual Royal Barge Procession 2026, held in celebration of Her Majesty the Queen’s 4th cycle birthday anniversary. The event begins at 3:00 PM along both sides of the Chao Phraya River, from Rama VIII Bridge to Wat Arun Ratchawararam.
Meanwhile, the Meteorological Department forecasts that between 11:00 AM and 12:00 PM, no rain is expected at the ceremony location on 6 Nov. However, rain and strong gusts of wind are predicted from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM, with no rain expected at 5:00 PM.
Therefore, it is recommended that those planning to watch the royal barge procession bring both sun and rain protection, including umbrellas.
