Dr. Thitilak Kampa, Governor of Ratchaburi, Dr. Pacharee Areerop, and the Provincial Public Health Doctor of Ratchaburi participated in the "Orthopedic Doctors Invite You to Step Up @Run Ratch Ri" event to raise funds for medical equipment supporting 13 hospitals at Khao Ngu Stone Park, Ratchaburi Province.
On 15 Mar 2026 at Khao Ngu Stone Park, Mueang District, Ratchaburi Province, Ms. Thitilak Kampa, Governor of Ratchaburi, Dr. Pacharee Areerop, the Provincial Public Health Doctor, along with government officials and the public took part in the "Orthopedic Doctors Invite You to Step Up @Run Ratch Ri" running project. The route started at Khao Ngu Stone Park and Burachat Camp, covering a total distance of 6 kilometers.
This activity aims to encourage Thai people to exercise to reduce bone and muscle diseases while raising funds to assist under-resourced hospitals.
Data shows that over 76% of Thais rarely exercise, putting them at risk for musculoskeletal disorders (MSDs), especially working-age adults. The goal is to campaign for public health awareness and raise funds to purchase orthopedic medical equipment for 13 hospitals nationwide. The event received support from the Royal College of Orthopedic Surgeons of Thailand, partner networks, the "Step Each Mile" Foundation, and Park RUN Thailand, all working to build a sustainable healthy society.
