On 28 May 2026, reporters reported that Mr. Surapong Intarathaworn, Secretary of the National Anti-Corruption Commission (NACC), provided information regarding a video showing an NACC official driving drunk and fatally hitting a delivery rider in Nonthaburi Province, with a blood alcohol level as high as 189 mg%. The NACC leadership is aware of the matter and plans to issue a statement addressing the incident.
