Mr. Tham Phakbaworn, also known as Dr. Prap, candidate number 6, continueshis campaign effortsand consistently declares his position.
Tham addressed a key question: without backing from a political party or having his own PAO council members, how will he govern the province and work with the council if elected? He explained that independence does not mean working alone but rather being able to collaborate with all parties, keeping Nonthaburi residents as the priority. He proposed three key points that Nonthaburi residents should receive: 1. Budgeting must start from problems, not political sides. Regardless of which side a representative belongs to, if people have issues, those must be resolved based on necessity. Every project must clarify what the problem is, who is responsible, how much budget is used, project status, and what benefits residents gain, all under a policy of tracking and auditing every detail.
2. Citizens must be able to see and audit the work. He cited his previous initiative to enable citizens to live-stream Nonthaburi municipal council meetings themselves, allowing direct public follow-up on debates and representatives’ duties.
